"Customer service was great Daniel explained ever that was going on with the AC"

"Review of inspection and estimate bid process. This is a solid, honest, and professional company. Thank you to Ivan who came out to the property to assess a mainline leak by our sidewalk. He offered impeccable service and respect with understanding of my needs for plumbing repairs. All City came through with requested bids for both a 2 foot patch repair and a full water mainline replacement for several types of piping and methods. Ivan provided proper legal estimate contracts and scope of work details, responded promptly and courteously to all phone calls, emails and texts. As it turned out the County Public Works Department easily fixed the connector leak when repairing the sidewalk concrete and the mainline was confirmed as stable. The mainline had been replaced prior, unbeknownst to me. No extra repairs were needed. I definitely would have contracted All City to do this repair if it was necessary. Ivan is the best, very kind and polite as was the office staff and Dominic who booked the appointment. I’m glad All City is in the OC area! Thank you, it was a pleasure to interact with your company!"

"These guys are super professional, polite, nice people and they clean up after their work. They fixed our AC, cleaned it, sanitized it, changed our old ducts which were crumbling and worked through the heat with a smile and were extremely polite and courteous. They also totally replaced our drain pipe and flushed it. We now have clean air that doesn't smell moldy or dusty, and a better functioning AC system that'll cool the house faster and save money on electricity. Shout out to David, Jerry, and Anthony for amazing service!"

"Great customer service and very professional"

"The extensive knowledge provided by Brandon, technician, and the solutions to repair the A/C unit. MSP was prompt on my request for a quote, next day availability, and great customer service. Great service!"

"I can’t say enough great things about Royal Comfort A/C & Heating! From the very first phone call to the completion of the job, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, friendly, punctual, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They diagnosed the issue quickly, completed the repair with excellent workmanship, and left everything clean when they were finished. What really stood out was their honesty, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. I was so impressed with the quality of their service that when I needed additional repairs later, I didn’t hesitate to call them back. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find a company this reliable and trustworthy these days. I highly recommend Royal Comfort A/C & Heating to anyone looking for top-notch HVAC service. They’ve earned a customer for life!"

"My experience with Mountain Air Comfort exceeded all expectation. I had a leak in my a/c unit and was preparing for the worst. Technician Michael Diaz provided next day service for a very reasonable service fee and terms. He arrived early for our appointment and was very professional, courteous, friendly and wasted no time troubleshooting the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, taking time to explain what he was doing as well as the possible outcomes. He put me at ease right away and I knew I was in good hands. To my relief, Michael resolved the leak issue; made the necessary repairs....going above and beyond to make a future repair more accessible and efficient...and gave my a/c a thorough inspection to be sure all was working properly. I so appreciated Michael's patience and willingness to advise me and educate me on some other issues related to my HVAC system. He took the time to patiently go the extra mile to provide a thorough and detailed explanation which I greatly appreciated. Michael really made the service appointment a painless and pleasant experience for me and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to do business with him. I will definitely be reaching out to him for future heating and a/c service and wholeheartedly recommend him to others! Thank you, Michael and Mountain Air Comfort! You're the BEST!!"

"This was by far the best experience I've had when it involves repairs. My heater had been broken for a year. Because I'm on a fixed income, I couldn't afford to replace it. Quotes from others all recommended replacement. HD Mechanical gave me an estimate for repair and it was fixed right away, an at a fair price. Brandon and Tim are the best and are professional and dedicated to getting the job done without trying to upsell to unnecessary replacement. It works fantastic. They also happened to fix my ac as well, with no cost to me. If you are a woman alone, hire this company. They're honest and fair, and provide great service"

"A/C stopped working during hot weather. Responded within 24 hours, and quickly made the repairs. Good professional service."

"We called Imagine That Heating & Air after two other companies had flaked on prior appointments. Robert was our service tech and was able to come by the house that same day. He quickly located the issue, provided several repair and replacement options. Pricing was very transparent and without any surprises. Unlike the other companies, they also seem to be way more tech savvy with online payments and pre work approvals. No messing with cash or handing over credit card info.. While we chose not to replace our system today, I will be calling on them when its time.. If youâ re looking for HVAC service, consider them over the big names out there."
