"Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

"EXCELLENT! A+ and extremely pleased: quality work, great knowledge and communication/questions answered, fair price, extremely prompt service, very professional and polite, from beginning to end. The office staff and plumbers-all employees we dealt-with were exceptional. Clear explanation of needed repairs, sound advice without any inkling of price gouging or questionable add-on expenses whatsoever. Respectable, conscientious, on time, could not be happier. If any tiny detail came to my attention as not spot-on perfect, they accommodated with a can-do, super positive attitude, until done to highest standards. Even very neat and clean. Cannot say enough as to what a stress-free, easy experience this was. Problem solved, mind at ease. Will use as our only plumbers, should we ever need more work in the future."

"Called a few different places and this one was the soonest that was able to get me a diagnostic for my heater that kept turning off after 10 minutes, he came after finishing another job, checked it out and said he'll be back in the morning with the parts. Got it done pretty quick the next day. I would recommend jays heating ?"

"the technician called ahead and arrived on time. He flushed the water heater tank and refilled it. He was friendly."

"Outstanding service from initial inquiry to work completion. Prompt, courteous, professional, scheduling and estimate. Competitive price. Friendly, reliable, safe, clean, on-time installation - thank you Brad V! : )"

"RKM is a great company. We have used them since 2016 when they installed our heating and air conditioning system. We have them maintain the system twice a year. They are always reliable. The system works great and we've never had a problem. Even on the hottest days of the year, we have great AC. We highly recommend them."

"The access panel on the unit was slightly bent as was the unit. Instead of repairing the installers taped it up with duct tape. The panel fell off and I had to call for another service man to come out and correct the problem. The second technician did a much better job."

"West Tech Mechanical Services (Joe Gonsalez) did an excellent job. This is the best investment that I have ever made for our quality of life in our home. Joe's attention to detail is evident in the care and consideration that he put into the duct work in the installation process. He thoroughly explained to me the importance of the duct work: location and size of the ducts to maximize the efficiency of the system that he was installing. Our home is an old home, and I really appreciate the care that he took in the installation process. I obtained 3 quotes for this job and West Tech Mechanical was in the middle. All the persons that came to our house were nice people. However, Joe's obvious attention to detail and how he explained the job is what convinced me that he and his company were the right people for the job. For a home owner that is considering the installation of a central air and heat system in their home or, any work for that matter on an existing heat and air system, I highly recommend this company as one that should be considered."

"Perfect.   Gave us a quote we thought fair, came in did the work quickly. clean and neat quality work and nice people.  HAd the AC in now though a hot summer, never realized before just how poorly installed the original ac was. California comfort properly balanced system and every room in the house is at the right temp, not hot or cold spots.
when we needed to call them out for a simple issue after install, they were here quickly & resolved the issue.
I have recommended them to others and would use them again
