"Carl arrived on time, in fact he was a little early.  He even picked up the baseboards at the store for me since I couldn't fit them in my SUV.  He immediately set to work and flew through the jobs that I thought would take all day.  His work is precise.  The baseboards were cut to perfection.  He was very personable and answered all my questions.  He had all the proper tools to complete the job which is a huge plus!  I had the glass repaired on my front door previously and the trim needed to be painted.  He ended up painting the whole door for me.  I can't say enough positive about Carl.  He answers every call that he receives.  I plan to have him back to do some whole house painting and moulding installation.  I was lucky to get him so quickly as he is super busy.

After scheduling an appointment, he arrived at our home and gave us an estimation for the installation of wood laminate floors in two rooms. Dave was a very knowledge and a nice guy. I felt comfortable around him immediately and more importantly, my then pregnant wife felt comfortable with him as well. Additionally, his quote was clear, fair and has no hidden charges. He explains everything to you down to the last detail and he takes his time answering any questions you may have. What he estimates, is the cost of the job. Dave showed up on the agreed upon date and time(which is very rare with any type of contractor) and immediately went to work. He completed the job in the time he had approximated, cleaned up and bid us a good day. We have received many inquires as who installed our floors as every one is amazed by the quality of work. "We had a small bathroom totally remodeled including walls and floor tile, plumbing, vanity, and mirror. Atlantic did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. One wall around the tub shower needed to be rebuilt. A few unexpected things came up in the process and they were handled excellently while remaining on budget and on time. The project took two weeks and was done by one person full time and a second about half the time. The labor cost was $5500 plus $1000 for supplies. We selected and paid separately for all of the tiles, vanity, plumbing fixtures, mirror and hardware. The tub was recoated by a separate company after the bathroom had been remodeled."

"they oversaw as general contractors the complete remodel of my house. I ripped out all bathrooms, the kitchen, baseboards and lighting which they themselves completed. The only additional work I needed was to have someone lay the countertops and hook up the plumbing. What's amazing about them is that they made a mistake by dropping paint on one of the new shades and took care of it before I was even aware there was a problem- more than willing to take ownership of it and pay for the replacement! "Howard is a perfectionist, and his diligence and care are reflected in the final product. Everyone who walks through our house is immediately impressed with the craftsmanship of his work. Not only does he price his work very competitively, but he makes sure that you are absolutely thrilled in the end. While we hired Howard specifically for these two projects, we have actually had him correct other peoples work in our house as well, including making all new doors for an existing cabinet where the quality was so terrible that after 3 years the panels were cracking. Howard only uses the finest materials to fit a budget, but will not do the work if he thinks the budget of the client doesn't sufficiently pay for the right materials.
It is best to have as many ideas before meeting with Howard so you can show him exactly what you have in mind, and to draw the cabinets/closet/bar/furniture together which he will do with you on sight.
In total we have used Howard for 2 minor projects and 2 major projects with work totaling over $18,000 and could not be happier. We will use Howard going forward on any other projects we have.
