"Early morning found water system would not work. Dustin responded immediately to troubleshoot the system thinking the pump might need to be replaced. He let me know within an hour that he repaired the electrical component on motor and the system was running fine. He could have charged me alot more by telling me I needed a new pump. However he was honest and saved me a lot of money and downtime. Integrity is rare these days so a big thumbs up to Dustin and his company."

I was a little nervous because I am very picky on the taste of my water. I like most bottled water except Dasani. No more bottled water for me because my water tastes great now and I have ice again. Better for the planet too. You do need to give the filter for the bottled water experience a couple of days and run the water a little bit, especially if you have an older home as I do. But within 2 days time my filtered water was running clear and tasting delicious, once the gunk was gone from my pipes. One of the best parts about the soft water system is I do not smell the chlorine anymore and can feel safe about drinking and bathing with City water. I highly recommend the system and Florida Water.
