The nicest young man came, right on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had two options of repair, one being much easier and less time consuming (i.e. Less expensive), which he tried first, and it worked! He was done in about 15 minutes, and although you pay a flat service fee I think it was absolutely worth every penny. He thoroughly explained why I had the leak, and what the problem was which was very professional, as well."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
