The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."
