"Luis is the man !! I opted for an urgent repair for the next 24-48hours at 9:45pm. I received a call from him 15 minutes later ready ready to come over and address the situation. I asked him if he could meet me the after work the next day between 1-3PM. He said I’ll be there. After speaking with him for a few minutes I can tell he was highly experienced and confident. "Jason completed the repair of 7 Oil heaters, full blower wheel replacements, nozzle head replacements, tune up and more. For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. "It's a front load washing machine that I need to have fixed. I saw the coupon and purchased it, followed up by calling him and explaining the situation. After asking me for the make and the model number, I was unable to locate the model number. Upon his request, I also sent him photos so he could locate the correct parts. Days later, he was still unable to figure out what model I had and what parts he needed. I was able to do a simple Google search and locate the pertinent information. He has not called me back. I just don't really trust him or want to work with him."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
