We are now having our second heater installed after the old one gave out. They provided me with information that was helpful in making a decision about heater brands and will be here to install it within a couple of days of purchase. "AC unit was leaking water. The two guys who came out, on time, knew exactly what to do to fix the problem by cleaning pipe that goes from the unit to the pump and cleaning out the inside of the pump.  They were both very professional and I would definitely use them again.

"To me this truly was an emergency Pool issue as I was losing water out of my pool and lost about 2 inches total in a short time and could not get the leak to stop. This young man Ryan was awesome and he came right away like a Pool paramedic. ! Ha! And his price was very reasonable and I so appreciate having a good honest young man like this! He’s very intelligent and he knows what he’s doing. While he was here, my neighbour also hired him to Repair a problem with their pool solar system, that would not shut off. I highly recommend Ryan! "This is a footnote to my previous review, which I've been meaning to write and am finally getting around to... Unfortunately, after the job was finished and I posted my review, my pool technician noticed metal staining in the pool, due to screws and metal fly away that had fallen in during the re-screening job. This was because many of the old screws had to be sawed off. In hindsight, if they had covered the pool before working on the screening, this could've been prevented. I have to have my pool acid washed to get rid of these stains which will entail draining the pool. I hope that they will consider taking this precaution in the future. Otherwise, as I said in my last review, they were very good."
