"A very professional, knowledgeable and personable Service Advisor arrived at the prearranged time. He called about an hour before to let us know that he was on schedule. He presented the findings, almost exactly how the Maintenance Technician explained them, and went into more depth about the ramifications of the issues found. After initially discussing the issues, he performed a test of the system, which confirmed the findings. I was present during both the Maintenance visit and this visit and both walked me through the issues in understandable, professional detail. He then presented what could be done...starting with repairs. After reviewing the repairs and costs, we then moved on to replacement costs. We are absolutely impressed with this Service Advisor and continue (for the last 20 years) to be impressed by this Company."

They do have great service though we had some scheduling mess-ups that was quickly resolved and they were able to come out later that day still. They were fast when it came to repairs and so far it is working. Would recommend it for people who have radiant heat issues. Very professional and very informative. They knew what they were doing."

Ranger emailed us a pic. of tech rep. who would be performing the work, providing us with a secure way to confirm on arrival - very nice touch. Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home.
