"Overall, well. Initially, they wanted to schedule us out a month. Although we didn't need an immediate repair due to the hotter weather, we wanted to get the dead furnace fixed sooner than later. They scheduled us for about two weeks out, which was acceptable. A day or two later, they called and said they had a cancellation and could come out a few days later. They were right on time; prompt and efficient in completing the diagnosis and the repair. The cost was a bit higher than expected, but not unreasonable. (...Especially when compared to a recent automobile repair.)"

"Rob contacted me before noon, and we scheduled the AC tune-up project for the same day! Rob did such a good job tuning up my ac. In addition to it, he found out that the heater filters were greasy filty! He gave me the choice to have them cleaned by him or to have cleaned by me as long to have done sooner than later. I am so glad that he was willing to take that additional project on the same visit. I had the heater inspected and tuned last year around fall time by another contractor. "A very professional, knowledgeable and personable Service Advisor arrived at the prearranged time. He called about an hour before to let us know that he was on schedule. He presented the findings, almost exactly how the Maintenance Technician explained them, and went into more depth about the ramifications of the issues found. After initially discussing the issues, he performed a test of the system, which confirmed the findings. I was present during both the Maintenance visit and this visit and both walked me through the issues in understandable, professional detail. He then presented what could be done...starting with repairs. After reviewing the repairs and costs, we then moved on to replacement costs. We are absolutely impressed with this Service Advisor and continue (for the last 20 years) to be impressed by this Company."

"Ranger is what you as a customer hope to find. Initial call for appointment was quick/personal and thorough. Ranger emailed us a pic. of tech rep. who would be performing the work, providing us with a secure way to confirm on arrival - very nice touch. Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. We used Ranger's "special" and feel we got excellent value for the money. We will certainly use Ranger for any HVAC service and new product bids/recommendations.
