"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. So they were also sort of a plumber and gas fitter, anything like that, and so they really specialized in what I was looking for. So that is sort of their core business. They were good and they did a very nice, clean job. The house was built in 1901 and so they did a great job of removing the old radiators and radiant based heat systems and replacing it with a new central air set up."

They were consistently professional, efficient and response, ultimately installed a system at a very good price and did so urgently as we were entertaining guests from out of town. From the front office (Heather and Kaitlin) to the service manager (Greg) to the individuals who actually did the work at the house - beginning with Julin, then Blaise and finally Christos who actually installed the system, I interacted with very pleasant and effective people."

"Great experience with Gerardo! I had water stains on a ceiling from a leaking pipe - Gerardo very quickly identified the source, replaced the pipe, and fixed and repainted the ceiling. It took 3 days from start to finish due to Gerardo's quick response - he made the whole process easy and painless!"

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"
