"Outstanding! The technician, Brian MacFarland, arrived as promised and was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about our system, replacement filters, and virus control. Based on our conversation when he arrived, Brian recommended we consider installing an iWave-R ion generator to provide additional help in controlling COVID. While he was at our house servicing our system, he contacted his company and they were able to deliver the part in about 30 minutes, which he then installed. No one feels good about COVID! But we actually feel a bit safer now, all because Brian educated us and then handled the logistics to buy and install the product on the spot! Brian went the extra distance for this customer, which is why Sila is such an outstanding company. Also, we have been extremely happy with our Unico HVAC system, which Sila installed a few years ago, and highly recommend it for anyone looking to add central AC to an older house. The fact that it is also a heat pump is a real bonus, efficiently supplementing/providing heat, even when it's 36 degrees outside. We're an extremely happy Sila customer!"

"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"The Technicians arrived on time (within scheduled window). We received a call informing us they were on their way. The technicians were very professional, took care not to track dirt into the house, explained what was done during the visit and the preventative issues they resolved during the visit. The cost of service is for the annual contract which includes two visits - one in the Spring and one in the Fall. $280 for PM service, $155 for HVAC Filter & UV Lamp replacement and $40 for Humidifier replacement pad. The next visit will require a charge for the HVAC Filter again (if we do not buy on our own)."

After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother.
