"Excellent service, I was very please with Doug, the technician to came over, he was very professional, took him time to do a thorough inspection and clean up. Mentioned a couple to settings that were not properly set. I used a different company last year. Sila will be my new heating and hot water service company. I did buy their annual plan which was optional. Was not forced into it, it made sense to have for the winter."
