"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Once I purchased the Angies List Big Deal for Clean Air Pros...they called me within a day or two to schedule the service. They were running a little late on the day they were coming by but called ahead to let us know. We go to sleep in a bit more so that was great for us! Once they arrived they did a full home inspection for all the ducts and set to work. I would say it only took a couple of hours if that...in any case it was fast, efficient, and a job well done. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
