"My house was overvalued by the property tax assessor. It has a lot of damage and is not appropriately reflected in the neighborhood comparisons. (Termites, dry rot, multiple roof leaks, water damage to drywall and floors, failed windows and doors needing replacement) I needed to document this and its effect on the market value. Angie's List steered me to Akrivis. Very prompt and helpful on the phone. I was clear about the situation and what I needed. Two separate conversations initially, and one further conversation with Akrivis when their photographer needed to be instructed to take picture of damaged areas not just routine front back and two pictures of each room. The appraisal I got showed none of this. No real documentation of condition. The finished report consisted of a few general photos and a comparison of neighborhood values based on average price per square foot. Totally useless to me. Called the appraiser who was hostile and unhelpful. I'm out $400 for nothing."

"Michael was wonderful! He was reasonable, professional, and performed amazing work. He was flexible and did everything we asked of him while being respectful of our home and of us. I have a young baby and a dog and I felt 100% comfortable with Michael in the house. He was an amazing worker and he has just excelled at every strange project I've given him, no matter how big or small.
