They used to answer the phone asking how they could provide exceptional service. No longer do they ask that. Makes sense, because they do not provide exceptional service. Also, the technician seems to want to convince you to buy additional equipment, which may or may not be needed."

"I was a walk in early that morning with the intention to leave my car since I did not have an appointment.  Greeted upon entry by Mark.  I told him I needed my spark plugs changed and brakes redone.  I also said I wanted a state inspection and oil change.  He said he would have the mechanic work on my vehicle.  I received phone calls with updates as to what they found and when my service was completed.  I will definitely use them again.  I did not need spark plugs or brakes.  I trust them and appreciate that they did not charge me for services that I did not need just to make money.  I will go back to them for my next oil change and have my spark plugs changed at that time.  Extremely professional company.
