"Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year, so I contacted Advanced Environment Solutions for a bid. I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. "I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. "We had arranged for Mike to pick us up at 6:00am to take us to Dulles airport. The evening before Mike called us to confirm the time and was actually in our driveway a few minutes early which was fine.  We asked how to find him upon our return to DCA. He said he would be waiting for us in the cell phone lot and to give him a all once we had our baggage. (He gave us his card with his information). Mike actually called us as we were on our way to the baggage carousel to let us know he was waiting in the lot. We called him as soon as we had our luggage and Mike was at the curb within a few minutes.  It was pouring out but Mike had an umbrella to keep us and the luggage dry.
Mike is friendly and extremely professional. His rates are very reasonable and he takes charges. (He emails the receipt to you immediately. We also appreciated the mints that he keeps in the back seat for his passengers. We will use Mike from now on and happily recommend Mike and Lisa's Elite Sedan
