"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."

"It was a superb experience dealing with Sinclair Heating and Air Conditioning.  The repair person was professional, knowledgeable, very honest, and very clear on his diagnosis and repair work.  I do not have the name of the repair person since it was my wife who was home at the time of the service visit, but his work was excellent and we have enjoyed a very comfortable summer and a very "cool" one thanks to Sinclair's services.  To understand the extent of our satisfaction with Sinclair I would have to mention the offer we received from a local home improvement store under their repair or replace promotion.  As I was looking to fix our A/C problems they offered to send in their A/C service company for a free diagnosis visit and an honest estimate.  I should have known the home improvement's store service was questionable when they called to inform me that the free visit would cost me $75.  Nevertheless, I agreed to it and when the repair person showed up it took him longer to climb up our two story house than to come down and tell me the A/C unit was beyond repair.  He proceeded then to outline my A/C options the cheapest of which was a new unit for about $12,000.  I politely declined and sent him on his way.  Through my membership in Angie's List I decided to search for services for a second opinion and that is how I found Sinclair Heating and Air Conditioning and selected them due to their ratings and their proximity to our home.  A very good choice indeed.

Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."
