"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

The sofa has since been delivered and (oh boy) did I carry on. It was as if, I was on one of those home improvement reality shows. I do believe, I cried! My sofa is absolutely beautiful, I could not be more pleased. So pleased in fact, that I asked Diane give me a price to convert my wood table into a kitchen island. Being the professional she clearly is, Diane gently informed me, that it just wasn't worth it. Thank you for your honesty. I highly recommend Diane and the Carriage House!!
