"Prescott came to my house early Sunday morning after having contacted his company the night before. The drains on one side of my house were not working. He first checked the septic tank and then walked me through the steps to clear the drain lines on that side of the house. I had previously located the cleanout access so he was quickly able to examine it. We tested the system and were able to see the blocked drain line, He ran his machine for about 10 minutes start to finish and the blockage was gone. We then then tested, and everything seems to work. It was completely professional from start to finish. They charged me $99 for the service. Plus tax.. They recommended I pump the septic system and I will do so early this upcoming week. After that, they will send a camera crew to run a camera down the lines. I will absolutely call them first if I ever have an issue."

I appreciated the follow up call a few days later where I was able to ask a few more questions. The quote Colton gave me was the most reasonably priced. They fit me into their schedule right away. Everyone arrived promptly, the work was completed the same day, and I had my water back on by the early afternoon. Not only was the leak fixed, but I have more water pressure. "It was difficult to diagnose, but these folks who came did a great job. They were thoughtful, respectful, and knowledgeable about what to do. They considered different options to save me money. They accomplished what needed to be done quickly. They snaked the pipes first from an access in the basement, which did not work; then looked with a camera. Found one blockage; dug down 5 feet outside the house; installed some pvc pipes there to replace old concrete, and installed a clean-out there above ground so the basement would not flood again; then from there flushed the sewer with a power washer which released the flow, but it's expected to be happening again. I appreciated their professional service, and although it was expensive, I know they tried their best to do a good job and save me money as best they could."
