"The furnace went out just before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was expecting family over for the weekend. I contacted Cummins and they were able to come out the day after. They said they would be able to repair my furnace but indicated that it was fairly close to end of life. For the price of repair, they recommended a replacement. Since I were to replace the furnace I always wanted to have AC and they gave me a great deal on both. They were able to replace my furnace the same day and returned a couple of weeks later to install the AC unit. However, shortly after my guests left after the holiday they furnace failed. I called them to let them know it wasn't working, so they send someone out to look at it. I explained my disappointment but assured me they would make it right. They ended up replacing the circuit board and the thermostat. Even though I experienced a bit of a hiccup, they were very easy to work with and stood behind their work and product. Everyone at the company that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I am happy with the results thus far and would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a furnace and/or AC unit."

"We had central AC added to our home 5 years ago. We decided to get an AC and furnace tune up before the summer. Matt, the technician from One Hour Heating and Air, was on time and polite. He pointed out that our furnace filter had not been changed since 2022. Big oversight by me. Matt explained how the air flows through the furnace and the direction the filter needs to be placed. I marked with a sharpie on the furnace an arrow so I would remember next time. Positive experience."

I don't typically write reviews such as this, <br /> but the level of service and passion for quality of work has motivated me to <br /> write about my experience. <br /> The end product was well above expectations, but here are some extra highlights to demonstrate how <br /> great it was to work with Jack and his team: <br /> 1. We had originally requested a new tile surround for our shower and tub. When Jack's team removed the old <br /> tile he found that the people who remodeled our house had framed in empty space at the end of our tub in order to fit a cheaper, standard sized tub. Jack advised us that, if we wanted, he could re-frame the wall to utilize the extra space and we could fit a larger, higher quality tub in our bathroom. <br /> I loved that Jack collaborated with us on this change instead of just executing the originally planned job to the T. This was a great bonus for us and now we have a fantastic new, bigger bath tub thanks to Jack going out of his way to present this option to us. <br /> 2. Our kitchen originally had tile that connected to hardwood floors on both kitchen exits, and did not have any transitions (there was just grout in between), which was ugly. Jack created custom transitions for us and was adamant about getting them <br /> to match our 1940s wood floors. Jack was not satisfied until it was perfect, and went through at least 10 different iterations of various wood grains and stains until he got them to match just right. I was really impressed by his attention to detail, and the transitions now look like they were created with the original house. <br /> 3. The new vanity we had delivered turned out to have a small crack in the marble counter top that went un-noticed until after it was installed (the crack was the fault of the company we purchased from). Jack returned to our house over a month later to remove the faulty vanity and replace it with a new one, no questions asked. <br /> I would (and plan to) hire Jack and his team back for other jobs, and you should too. <br />"

"It went well, they did the work to our satisfaction..  I do think they would benefit by having their own generator for electricity.   They use an air compressor to clear out the water lines but do not have their own electrical source.  That must be provided by the customer.  We did but had to buy a power generator to make the work happen. <br />"
