"Project: Repair the valves in a shower bath and shower by replacind with the newer code single valve system. Pablo was excellent for us. This was not really an emergency issue, and he was able to be here on a Friday morning after calling for service late on the afternoon on Thursday. We had a small leek in a bathtub that couldn't be fixed this time by just replacing the hot water valve cartridge (like before). I have been able to do this in the past. We discussed options clearly for different fixes and the timing and costs clearly. We determined that given all the work needed (original plumbing from when the house was build in 1962) we would update to the more modern and current single valve type shower/tub system. We were able to buy the specific fixtures we wanted and Pablo advised us as to the valve needed. He also provided us with a stop gap fix until he could do the work on Monday. He promised to be back and was. He did the work. We liked what he did so much we fixed the shower in the master bath as well. He actually had what we needed for that with him, so we were a go. He was able to do both in one day. Quite happy with the work he did, and the the cost was fair. Would definitely recommend and if needed, hire again."

"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60.
