"The upgrade of a new water heater and the removal of the old water heater seem like it was a good job. However, the plumber did too much haggling for more money. I checked the price of this job ahead of time as I always do with any work that needs to be done at my home. Parts and labor, I always need to know up front. I do not like it when any workers come off as greedy and try to insult my intelligence. I hope the work of this young man lasts. However, I would have been able to give him 5 stars, if he had chosen to fully conduct himself as a professional in the end. This plumber was paid $1700. The price I paid was completely within the range of what it cost for parts and labor to upgrade an old water heater, with a new water heater. I wish his well..."

"John installed a new sump pump for me. He excavated the hole from the old one and made the new one flush with the ground. I asked him to make a small channel in my basement so the still water would flow to the sump pump. He went the extra mile and flooded the basement to see where all the still spots were then extended the channel to those still spaces. Now, all the water in my basement flows to the sump pump. John does things professionally, quick, and neat. He is situationally aware and did things because it made sense or looked better. I would highly recommend his services. "
