"I recently had water damage behind the walls of my bathroom and hired this company for water removal and restoration. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team arrived quickly, identified the source of the moisture, and explained each step of the process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect."

"We had some flooding in Hallandale last month. Some water got into the room that belongs to our son and we wanted to make sure we found or prevented any mold forming. We called a few companies, and they were the only ones who agreed to come that same day and actually showed up. We are busy people and this was very important for us because our next day off was a week away! Thankfully they came with industrial fans and tested everything for us, not just his room. We are very happy with their customer service and their work."

"Restoration 1 was very prompt and professional. We are very happy with their service. Always great to support a veteran owned business. We recommend them to anyone needing their services!"

"Ray from Onpoint first impressed me with his compassion and consideration for our needs. His team worked very hard on Memorial Day which was very ho and muggy to completely clear out our basement after the city drains backed up and filled our basement with 20 inches of contaminated water. We were very pleased with this company. I only wish they would have hauled away the debris but Ray said it would be picked up by our Waste Removal company. It eventually was, 13 days later. We are very grateful to Onpoint Property Restoration and would definitely recommend them and have."

"The company was very quick in responding, scheduled my services within a few days, and stayed in contact throughout the service. Very pleasant to work with during the whole experience."

"No work was performed. Angie's List has been unable to remove this from my account and I'm tired of the popups. The service coupon was offered from a vendor on the West Coast to me in VA. The company name is exactly as one listed in VA so I errantly purchased the coupon. Angie's List refunded the money but multiple attempts to remove this aborted service scheduling have failed. This is my attempt at removing it from the system and quit nagging me EVERY time I log in to write a review.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
