I contacted them and they came out that evening after they had worked all day. I asked them for a quote to replace the system. While discussing the work, I asked them about my water softener which was old and expensive to maintain. I was given a quote for the water heater and the water softener. Since I wanted both replaced they gave me a discount on the water softener. That was a shock, because I don't think another contractor would have done that. The quote for the water heater was very reasonable and the water softener with the discount was excellent. Zach (one of the owners) and an employee were out the next day and installed both. I was impressed with how neatly the job was done, and that they cleaned up everything. They went above and beyond and upgraded the hosing material for the water softener at no extra charge. Very professional, friendly and definitely fair on the pricing. I will be having them install A/C in my house soon. Highly recommend this company."

The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."
