"Water was entering the house from a main water supply pipe outside the house, soaking part of a wall and carpet in one room in the basement. Aaron came very quickly when I called, stopped water coming in, opened the wall, turned back carpet and removed underlay as necessary, and quickly set up equipment to dry out the area, visiting regularly until all was dry. Excellent follow-up: Aaron went above and beyond in helping me understand the many relevant sections of our homeowners policy, and was very helpful, courteous and pleasant throughout. I hope we never have another leak, but if we do, I know who to call!"

"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

He also identified where the water was coming from. My husband (who is handy) opened up the wall and repaired the leak. Christopher came back out to bid the project. After reviewing what my husband had opened up and removed, he was able to determine we did not need any work done and could patch it back up. Didn't charge us anything. The staff was responsive, Christopher was thorough (checking other rooms including downstairs ceiling area) and professional.
