"I'm satisfied the problem was fixed however, two issues arose. The tech burned our baseboard molding trying to sweat a fitting onto the copper pipe. The service van was not equipped with the correct part - a cold water supply valve for the toilet. Rather a fundamental part - I was surprised."

"Super nice guy, very quick service. Will use him for projects in the future."

"Doug was great. He arrived first thing Monday morning, removed the old water heater and had the new tankless system installed and ready to go by early afternoon. I appreciated the information he provided and how easy he was to work with. He did a quality job and I would not hesitate to contact him again for other people plumbing needs."

"After having Bobby come to check out our leaking water heater, he went over options to replace, options to upgrade and how each of those could be accomplished and at what price. We had a 50 gal electric heater and my wife and I decided to replace what we had, plus add another 50 gal tank for back up. This was accomplished knowledgably and quickly, using the existing pipes, plus adding connecting pipes to the extra heater. Expansion tanks were provided for both water heaters, which is a (relatively) new requirement. Great work, quick and professional."

"The bathman did an amazing job putting in a water heater. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He will become my family's plumber from this point forward!I"

"Same day service, although it was a 12-hour work day for Mr. Davis. He provided a good solution for an old problem and then repaired/replaced the shower valve. His knowledge and years of experience were evident and his prices are reasonable. I will call him again if/when I have a plumbing problem."

"They were neat, keep everything clean, and very well focus. I would definitely use the service again."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"
