"Mike and his crew were amazing! I am a first time pool owner and had so many questions. They were knowledgeable, patient and answered every question I had! I can’t recommend them enough! So thankful to have found this company and we will be using them for many years to come!!!!"

"Chris and Matt installed a water filtration, conditioner, and uv light system for us. They were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They inadvertently broke a part of the uv filter at the first visit, which they ordered and replaced as soon as possible at their expense. Whenever we had questions about the system, Chris took the time to answer them. We highly recommend them!"

"The Pool Guys are fantastic! Ed and his team recently replaced the liner on our inground pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I contacted several companies, but The Pool Guys were the only ones who came out in person, took proper measurements, and brought actual liner samples to choose from. Their pricing was very reasonable, and two seasons later, the liner still looks brand new. We were so impressed, we’ve hired them again to replace the liner at our new home!"

"New Era Pool replaced our Baptism Pool Heater Motor. The technician was very professional and accommodating with assessing the job and completion of the job in a tiny manner."

"We were very happy with Triple A from the moment we started the quoting process. They were super responsive and I love that they send a lot of info via text (easy when both of us work during the day). Cherie and Colleen came out to look at the pool and gave us a written estimate before they left--excellent! The other thing I loved was they offered custom options on our paint and added a primer to make it last longer. The other pool company did not offer that and it did not raise our cost. There was a little confusion with the supplier of the slide but Triple A handled it very well and made it right (even though it was not their fault). They even made sure our pool was ready to close since it was in the fall. Overall I was super happy with their service and price and would love to hire them again! I know they also do pool maintenance services as well."

"Excellent service! Extremely fast service, great communication, and quick installation and removal of the old hot water heater. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"He replaced the dining room dimmer light switch. He didn't have the correct replacement one I needed so he's coming back to install the correct one."

"Great job on a new pool liner. Took a great amount of attention to detail to make it look as great as it did. Can't wait to do business with them again!"

"He broke up the pool, covered it up and grated the yard."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
