"This was a big job. There was sewage water in my basement from a damaged sewer main. Gent (Elite Plumbing) and his team took care of everything they said they would take care of and they also fixed a leak from the ceiling that I didnot know about. Everyone I encountered during the job were helpful and professional. Finally I am in the middle of a divorce and funds were low...they worked out a payment plan with me as this job was a major emergency. Very thankful for their help and services. They definitely went above and beyond to help me and you don't find this type of service, especially in the south Bronx!"
