"The DNA plumbers, Pat and Shawn, were terrific in every way. On time, very pleasant and conscientious, and effective. It might seem that replacing a valve would be a simple thing, but this time it wasn't - lot's of unexpected challenges in removing the old valve, dealing with less than perfect water cut-off, etc. etc. But they found a way around every problem, cleaned up well and were a pleasure to deal with. Five stars."
