"Mike was great. He came out to my house and gave an estimate for replacing my water line. He scheduled my service for the next day. He was on time and had my water line replaced in about 3.5 hours or so."

"Back in June 2025 we hired Groundwater Pros to drill a new well and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the very first phone call, Amanda in the office was incredibly organized and on top of every detail. She walked us through the entire process, answered every question we threw at her, and even explained how a well is actually drilled ? this woman truly knows her stuff! Tristan and Chris handled the drilling and they were absolutely outstanding. They worked together like a well-oiled team, kept us informed at every step, and were respectful and professional the whole time. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed watching them work ? you can tell these two young men love what they do and take real pride in their craft. Once the well was finished, they connected everything to our home site. A couple of days later, Amanda reached out with our water sample results and walked us through the benefits of adding a filtration system. Highly recommend!"

"I'm the type of homeowner that never has a job go according to plan. Karma, dark cloud, who knows - there are always extras. I always just await the "Well Mr Jackson...." lead in and I cringe. Imagine my shock when Tim arrives at my residence, suryeys the job, checks water pressure & quotes me exactly the price I saw mentioned on this site. I almost had to sit down to sign :-) The old Ruud unit turned out to be a 1991 install so I think I've beaten the 18 yr old unit whos owner reviewed earlier. It's TP valve was beginning to fail and I was getting a steady stream of water out the drain pipe. Tim did a great job and didn't mind my observing the work. I enjoy doing that, not to question the work, but out of curiosity and to observe how pros do their thing. Textbook solder joints btw, downright artwork lol. He was very patient with my occasional questions about various Water heater mfgr's etc etc. I was pleased to see you using Bradford White, one of the makes I have heard plumbing pros often use. I googled this models reviews online and they were excellent. So the install was uneventful, your guy was an excellent ambassador of the things I've seen you write about here, and I've already talked G Force up to a peer at my office who will soon need a similar replacement. He plans to contact you guys when he does that change. So kudos for what I suppose is becoming routine excellence. Please pass along a well done to Tim!"

"I called Plumb Doctor early Saturday morning to request help. They called me back promptly and said they could have someone out in a couple of hours. They came out within the time frame given and completed the work quickly. They installed a replacement spigot as well as a new shut-off valve in the basement for just the spigot at my request."

"I bought a big deal for this service and it went really well. In fact, I kept his card so that if I need plumbing help I will probably call them again. There were not really what I would call any big problems such as a break or anything, just some issues. We were happy with them. We used the big deal within a week after we bought it. The guy who came out was just really nice and went about his business. He was not too chatty, but was chatty enough; he knew what he was doing."

"I was able to make an appt fairly quickly, with the plumber giving me an appt within a week of my call. The appt was for 9am to 10am, however the plumber didn't show up until 10:15am. After assessing the problem, i was told he would have to replace the damaged section plus additional pipe on either side and a quote of $325 was given. The explanation given for the high cost was that he was unable to replace the broken section with like materials and would have to cut out more to be able to replace with the materials he was used to working with. I did pay a service call fee of $65 I called elsewhere for another estimate from someone who had the proper tools to work with my plumbing and was able to get the work done for less than $100."
