"Mr Pete was the first plumber to call me for my online repair request on Home Advisor and came out to my home within 30 minutes. He is so professional that he has everything including parts in his van that I didn’t go out to purchase the pressure tank replacement. He fixed the leak problem in my toilet and replaced the tank in a short time and he cleaned everything before leaving. His service charge was reasonable. "It turned out well.  There was some other work that we had them do.  They installed some lights and some other work.  I paid about $300 additional to the Big Deal.  They did a really good job.  It seemed clear that they wanted to sell some of their other products and services which I didn’t like.  They said that they could fix certain things temporarily and suggested that we do a whole kind of renovation of that particular dysfunction.  Then I got an opinion from another electrician later that all those weren’t necessary and as it was a small dysfunction.  I told them that I was moving in six months and wanted just the basics fixed.  They did fix the dysfunction.  But they gave the pitch that it may not last long.  It gave me the feeling that they wanted to take an opportunity to try to make bigger problem out of it and get some money.  The quality of work was really good."
