Garrett provided an accurate upfront ballpark of potential cost to replace the pump, showed up within an hour, pulled and replaced the pump, checked the rest of the system, repressured our tank, and had water for us in two hours (3 hours from the time it went out!). He tested the water and advised that the iron filter on the system was unnecessary and should be removed.
