"Exceptional! Our well pump went out on a Friday afternoon, called another service who couldn't get to us til Monday but they referred us to Garrett. Garrett provided an accurate upfront ballpark of potential cost to replace the pump, showed up within an hour, pulled and replaced the pump, checked the rest of the system, repressured our tank, and had water for us in two hours (3 hours from the time it went out!). Very personable and knowledgeable. He'll be the first one I call if I have any other well issues. I strongly recommend him."

"Original price less than competitive bid by a significant margin. Once started, job ran into problem according to All About Plumbing: grade from house to city sewer was flat too negative. Said we needed a pump to do job right, nearly doubling cost. Also would need an electrician (further cost). Well, what can you do? But All About worked into the evening to install pump so we could use toilets and showers, and electrician showed up promptly next morning to estimate job and get started. Despite the barriers, job was begun on a Wednesday morning and completed by Friday afternoon."

"Eric, evaluated our system and made reasonable recommendations based on age and condition of our system He recommended replacing the pressure tank because it had a ruptured bladder and was leaking. He tested the water and advised that the iron filter on the system was unnecessary and should be removed. He advised that the 20 year-old hot water heater should be replaced with a energy efficient modern unit. He also evaluated the well and advised that at  this time the pump did not need to be replaced. 
Eric replaced the pressure tank and controls, removed the Iron filter and replaced the hot water heater all with minimal distuption to our water supply. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. "

"After a thorough review of our system by another company, I received an estimate from them to replace two bad capacitors and a contactor in our heat pump. The total was over $700, so I declined the repair service. I looked up the pricing on the parts and bought two of them for less than $50. Less than 48 hours later, the technician DJ had them installed and our system is now working great.
