Technicians from other HVAC companies looked at the units before - for the same issue - but NONE, absolutely NONE, was as thorough as Dennis. He showed me the amount of dirt inside the pump on the street level and said the unit needed "deep cleaning" and the capacitor needed to be replaced in the unit under the deck. Dennis explained everything thoroughly and in simple terms. He took his work seriously and although he had been working for a few hours already, he did not rush through the job. Technicians from other HVAC companies did less than half the work Dennis did and told me I needed two new heat pumps! None mentioned cleaning. It took Dennis longer to complete his work because I kept peppering him with questions which he very calmly and professionally answered. Sila has a top notch employee in Dennis. "There were issues like a portion of pipe under the sink that needed fixed as well as re-doing some of the valving that was leaking water. The guys also didn't have part with them and had to go out and purchase what they needed to do the job correctly. They also had some issue with reverse osmosis system due to the complicated set up. However they figured it out and the job was done in about 4 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up. Even helped put things back under the kitchen sink that had to be removed so that they could install the RO system and do the other plumbing work."

"Upon responding to a call late in the evening (already a plus), provider arrived around the time he had offered,  Starting to look at controls technician new right away the brand and then proceed to check and test the pump.  Afer a couple of trials found that the capacitor was not working.  Luckily he had one in stock (another plus for the service) and replaced it.  While not an expert myself, not sure the cost of parts but the charge inheritly has an opportunity cost that is crucial to make repais.  Well done!

"This is really a great company. Super-responsive, fair prices, and, most importantly, quality work done by knowledgable and hard-working folks. I initially called about a leaky kitchen faucet and the owner contacted me right away and was at my house within the hour. He diagnosed my problem immediately, recommended a solution, gave me a reasonable estimate, and said it would be taken care of that day. I was so impressed that I decided to ask for a quote on replacing an aging sump pump and water heater. I wound up having those replaced as well. They also installed a frost-free spigot in front of the house when I mentioned the issues I was having with the ancient "vacuum breaker" that sprayed water everywhere and that I simply could not remove myself. Now flash-forward to 2 weeks later: I detected a water-stain on my living room ceiling which I deduced was probably coming from an upstairs toilet. The issue was determined to be a deteriorated "wax ring". Rather than doing a repair, I decided-- at no urging from them-- to have both of the 30-year old toilets in my house replaced with new units. The job was done quickly and professionally in just a couple of hours. Few things are as stressful to homeowners as plumbing and water-related issues. However, it is a relief to know that there are competent, responsive professionals out there like Kelly that you can turn to when the need arises."
