"There were issues like a portion of pipe under the sink that needed fixed as well as re-doing some of the valving that was leaking water. The guys also didn't have part with them and had to go out and purchase what they needed to do the job correctly. They also had some issue with reverse osmosis system due to the complicated set up. However they figured it out and the job was done in about 4 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up. Even helped put things back under the kitchen sink that had to be removed so that they could install the RO system and do the other plumbing work."

"Vinh did an excellent and thorough job. He noticed the bathroom sink valves (previously replaced) had one valve knob missing, which he highly recommended replacement of both valves. The removal of old faucet and new kitchen faucet/sink install was hard work but done quite well. Once main water was turned back on, Vinh made sure the new bathroom valves and kitchen faucet had no leak issues. All was done perfectly. Will hire Jiffy again."

"The installation of these items went very well. Kelly was punctual and very efficient. A malfunctioning toilet in a powder room needed to be removed, and a different toilet installed. Also, a new toilet had to be installed in the master bedroom and a new faucet needed to be installed in the kitchen. He was cordial and very willing to explain the approach he was taking with the work. This increased my comfort level a great deal. I consulted with him on the ordering of the toilets and faucet from a design showroom and he passed along the plumber's discount that he received to me. The installation of the faucet also went well. The space that he needed to work in was very tight and the faucet was not easy to install, due to the placement of the faucet hole and its proximity to the kitchen windowsill. However, he was able to complete the installation without any issues. What I really appreciated is that he is very meticulous, takes a great deal of pride in his workmanship, and is very careful to make sure that the work is done correctly. He also cleans away any debris from any areas that he works on. He is respectful of a person's home, which I appreciate. The quality of the work was terrific. He also offered advice on work that I might need to undertake in the future, which I appreciated. I would definitely hire him again (and I have)."

"I needed what I thought was a "simple" float valve replacement to silence a running toilet.  (In lieu of a new toilet.)  The 4-point toilet tune-up announced December 2011 was perfectly timed.  Finally made the appointment in late March and even had a replacement float in hand ahead of time.
Unfortunately, the pipes were so old that the water shutoff didn't even work properly.  
The plumber (Al, I think) explained where the difficulty lay, toilet types, toilet bases (i.e., impact on the existing tile).  He even answered my questions about buying a toilet myself (contracting the installation alone) and applying my special deal to the larger job.
He was prompt, tidy, and courteous (despite a brief misunderstanding about the entry to my building--my error).
I am saving up for the new toilet that I plan to have JH Peterson install.  Definitely recommending them to my friends.
