"After less than 2 weeks in our new house, the sewer backed up into our finished basement. It was a huge mess, and it was so backed up we couldnâ t use our water for the whole weekend. We looked up local sewer companies, and Pronto said they could come out and give free quotes, so Chris stopped out and diagnosed what was going on. "I wqill mprobably wait bThe meeting and ensuing discussions went very well. George is a big likeable guy who sticks to the facts and does not  exert any pressure on the potential customer. He outlined an engineering solution to invasive moisture and foundation erosion by building a sub-terainian trench around the house and inserting high quality  plastic piping to sustain a continued drain-off of the moisture. The  solution by its very nature is labor intensive and I thought that the price of approximately $3500 was reasonable. I currently do not have this problem so awhile. If i had water in my basement, I don't think I would hesitate.
