"I was extremely impressed with the performance of Arin, the representative who evaluated and quoted me on this project, as well as the technicians, Daniel and Damien, who arrived to perform the replacement and installation of the new equipment. We live in a manufactured home, which was built with a gas furnace that was installed in our laundry room. The AC coil developed a leak, and rather than just replace that item, I elected to update the entire system to one with more efficiency. ACS arrived on time with all the proper equipment and did a professional installation as promised. The technicians were extremely polite and keep me informed of the progress. They replaced the old gas furnace with a heat pump system, and it is remarkably quiet compared to our old unit. When our old unit came on (either furnace or AC), it sounded like a space shuttle launching; the new unit is so much quieter and we are delighted to this point. It has been a pleasure dealing with the folks at ACS.

"Dan and his team came out after we had discovered that we no longer had water due to a well pump failure. They fished out the old one and put in a new one. There was a lot of work involved as the new pump had an internal fault and would not pump. So the process had to be repeated, they installed another new pump and got new controls and pump protection installed and bam! We had water! The crew worked into the night for several days and were dedicated to fixing the issues we had. They stood by the original quote and made sure to check in with us days later to make sure all was well (pardon the pun). Overall, great work, they overcame unforeseen challenges and take pride in their work. As a tradesman myself, I can say they knocked it out of the park!"

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Very well. The worker was professional and on time. The only problem was the 1 1/2 week it took to get an initial call from AAA after I had paid for the service from Angie's list. I was so satified with the service I will use both Angie's list and AAA Companies again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
