"Showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had already agreed to pay an extra $250 for the Saturday install, but they then added another $200 to reinstall the recirculation pump that I had on my old tank. When I was quoted, I had taken pictures of the expansion tank and talked through it, so I was not too happy about being charged extra for it as it should have been included in the quote. Besides that, the soldering job is a little sloppy but should hold. They also made quite a watery mess removing my old tank, which I had to clean. In the end, their pricing was reasonable even with the extra fees, and they were able to come out the next day and install the heater, which I needed due to having small children in the house."

"I am now a fan of The Water Specialist. I am a property manager and one of my tenants complained that the grinder pump siren was continually going off. I called several places who either never called me back or couldn't come out right away. It was a weekend and I spoke with Ryan at The Water Specialist who was so incredibly helpful. We were calling/texting back and forth throughout the day and he was trying to get someone out right away to pump the well.
