They provided me with a roofer and an electrician to replace the attic fan. It was done promptly efficiently, and the technicians were very courteous. After the installation they cleaned up and explained everything that they had done. I was very satisfied."

"We had a flooded basement because of a leak in our 13 year-old water heater. Someone came out very quickly to take a look and give us an estimate to install a new hot water heater. This included options for different sizes and types. The same afternoon Aaron and another gentleman were at our door with the new hot water heater. They were neat and professional, working within the limited space of an enclosure in our basement that houses the water heater. They removed the old one. Super same-day service at the time of the coronavirus pandemic. My wife and I had a lot of messy cleanup to do from our flooded basement. We are very grateful to Wm. Henderson for completely removing any stress from the hot water heater replacment."

"Terrific. Rich had the motion detector installed 18mo ago, and recently it stopped working. Called Rich to fix, and he arrived on time as planned, took it apart, and saw one of the connections was loose (root of the problem). He fixed and didn't charge us a thing, even though it was well over a year since he had it installed. What service! We'll continue to use Rich for all our electrical and lighting needs."

"First and foremost, the guys who came out to install some ceiling fans for us were on time, friendly, did great work, and polite. They got the job done very quickly and we are very happy. They were knowledgeable and I would book them again. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars was booking this. They refused to provide a cost over the phone, and there was a discrepancy with the time they were supposed to arrive. What was odd was they refused to discuss pricing over the phone until they came on site, but the electrician stated they have standard pricing for ceiling fans and flush mounts. It was frustrating that I was unable to get this pricing upfront."

"Elroy is a great guy. We have used him 3 different times. Courteous, friendly, and receptive to all needs. He had done a job earlier for us installing timers on our outside lights, motion detector flood lights outside and 2 outdoor light fixtures. Another time he helped our carpenter install and mount an over the stove microwave. And he installed 2 outdoor outlets and mounted my husband's prized possession, his big screen tv! Super nice person, not pushy and takes his time and does a thorough job! Totally satisfied by all of his work and will use him and recommend him always!

"It went very well. I worked with Jeff primarily and I can't imagine a better person to work with. He checked in at least once a day, was always available for questions, was amazingly supportive, and LISTENED to my ideas and goals and always found a way to achieve them. At times I changed my mind on things, and he took everything in stride.  From the initial planning stage through to the end, Jeff offered many suggestions and remained the most "CAN DO" person. The workers on the project varied from day to day, but were unfailingly polite and accommodating. They were efficient and tidy, and at the end of each day, the work area was clear and left in a manner that created the minimal (or no) disruption to the rest of the house. I had work done in all 3 of my bathrooms, and they scheduled it so that we were never without at least one sink, toilet and shower. I did get other bids for the work and Murphy's bid was essentially the same as the others. I added a few items as the project progressed, and unlike my experience with other contractors, the cost of the add ons seemed very fair and reasonable. I really recommend Murphy's to anyone considering a bathroom renovation."
