"We had a flooded basement because of a leak in our 13 year-old water heater. Someone came out very quickly to take a look and give us an estimate to install a new hot water heater. This included options for different sizes and types. The same afternoon Aaron and another gentleman were at our door with the new hot water heater. They were neat and professional, working within the limited space of an enclosure in our basement that houses the water heater. They removed the old one. Super same-day service at the time of the coronavirus pandemic. My wife and I had a lot of messy cleanup to do from our flooded basement. We are very grateful to Wm. Henderson for completely removing any stress from the hot water heater replacment."

"First and foremost, the guys who came out to install some ceiling fans for us were on time, friendly, did great work, and polite. They got the job done very quickly and we are very happy. They were knowledgeable and I would book them again. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars was booking this. They refused to provide a cost over the phone, and there was a discrepancy with the time they were supposed to arrive. What was odd was they refused to discuss pricing over the phone until they came on site, but the electrician stated they have standard pricing for ceiling fans and flush mounts. It was frustrating that I was unable to get this pricing upfront."

"I was extremely pleased with the work of Reliable Workers Construction LLC. I decided to have a good bit of work done in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo before I moved into it. Reliable Workers Construction performed skillful work with reliable workers. They built and painted three window sill bookcases and installed shelves in a closet. They installed two kitchen ceiling lights and replaced most of the electrical outlets and light switches. They repaired a balcony screen door by fixing the latch and replacing the screens. They installed a microwave. They repaired an under-sink water line to the dishwasher. They replaced doorknobs and balanced a damaged door. They replaced 3 faucets and installed a bidet attachment to a toilet. They caulked and grouted wherever needed. They painted all the woodwork, walls and ceilings. And they cleaned up after themselves very carefully. The workers were unfailingly courteous, friendly and agreeable, even though I added additional work several times. When I saw a couple of things that needed to be done differently, they were cheerful and business-like without resentment. They continually kept me up to date on their progress. Their prices were more than reasonable. My entire experience with the workers and their work was positive and even surprising because of their superior work ethic and standards. They take great pride in doing an excellent job."
