"This review should probably be three separate reviews, but I think it shows my trust in Vernon using him multiple times. He came out to give me a quote on a new gas water heater and relocating it about 8 feet over in the basement. The price was reasonable and he provided me the water heater information so I could see it's reviews beforehand. While installing my water heater, my tenant called and said the AC was not working. So, after completing the install and his other stops that day, Vernon went over later that day to take a look. The repair required a new part, so a few days later he repaired the AC and I had him replace a leaking pressure valve while he was there. About a month later, a house I renovated needed some repair work on a leaky drain before settlement (he was not the initial installer). Vernon went into that crawlspace and repaired the pipe and provided the appropriate documentation so we could get to settlement in time. I had Hamilton Plumbing and HVAC do work at my home, my rental, and then my house flip. I plan to have Vernon come back to run a gas line when I install a gas fireplace and again when I do my basement bathroom."

"The Owner, Robert, promptly met with us to evaluate and provide and estimate for the Job and outbid estimates from 4 other companies.  His crew showed up promptly at 8:30 a.m., introduced themselves and began prepping for work.  Robert showed up shortly thereafter to supervise and reiterate the job assignment.  The crew of about 5 gentlemen excavated only a necessary portion of our front lawn and strategically maintained our bushes and garden that sat above a portion of the water main line. They installed a brand new copper line through our basement wall replacing the old line that ran through the floor.  The interior looks much better cosmetically. The crew took care to level out the soil on the lawn, plant grass seeds, and covered the excavated area with a straw screen. Everyone was courteous and cleaned up well.  Robert was very helpful in offering advice on other plumbing related "do it yourself" projects, when asked, without trying to use it as an opportunity to sell more of his services.  The job was completed in approximately 4 hours.  I was impressed overall and most importantly my wife was pleased with the results.  Thanks Rob and the crew!

I was not prepared to set up the replacement that day, but Henry and the other tech were very professional and pleasant, and thoroughly explained the issue with my AC. "Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."
