I wanted to use a local company to support local. But RotoRooter is a franchise model. That's local enough for me. And they have a 6-month guarantee! On multiple days Budge It told me they'd call me back, and they did not. I'm sure they are frustrated with my calls. But there is poop in my house, and Budge It told me last month that I was good to go. The Budge it owner explained to me last week that I "get what [I] pay for" and since they are less expensive than RotoRooter, that's why there is no guarantee. But I paid Budge It drains $620 last month, and RotoRooter $360 today."
