The first one also supplies home heating oil as their main business I believe. They had a seemingly junior guy come out to look at the toilet - he said he would get the repair kit, but then just never called us back. When we tried to find out what happened, someone else told us the supplier told them the whole toilet had to be replaced, at a cost to us of around $500. I could not get anyone to explain this to me, I think they just didn't want to do the job, they never even charged us for the evaluation. <br /> The next place we called, never had the plumber call us back, even after multiple conversations with their receptionist. We gave up after three calls to them, and acknowledging that maybe the job was too small to make it worth their time. No job is too small they said, but we never got one call back. <br /> By that time we thought it was just us - our puny job truly wasn't worth anyone's time...But the third try was the charm for sure. <br /> We absolutely plan on having Todd do future work for us - as it turned out, he had worked in our house before we bought it, which was nice because the work he did is great quality, and he's very familiar with the style of home we bought."
