"The team was able to get back to us and had our dryer repaired in less than 3 hours. Would be happy to use again."

"Same day service. Called late afternoon & responded quickly with a call. Explained what needed to be done & completed repair the same day! Highly recommend this service."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Amanda communicates quickly and professionally. She kept at our washer repair until it was fixed. There were a few issues but she returned to make it right! We will be using her services again when needed."

"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."

"The technician, Tracy, quickly and I believe accurately diagnosed the problem with my 5 yr old LG washer. It was not economically unrepairable due the basket breaking loose from the direct drive. The service was effective and courteous."

"The service tech was very prompt and professional. Hoosier Appliance is also military friendly, we saved several hundred dollars on parts and service that would have not been posible with other repair service providers in our area."
