After seeing the stellar reviews on Angie's List for AOK Water Services, I gave them a call. Kevin and Kristie came out, and we talked about my options. They had a cost sheet with simple pricing, and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Our discussion was more like talking with a knowledgeable good neighbor that you have known for years. I did not need to interview any other company. We scheduled the installation at a time convenient for me. Unfortunately, on the day of installation, it was raining heavily and my unit was being installed outside. Kristie contacted me plenty of time in advance of my appointment and rescheduled for a time that was good for me. Kevin came out on time and had the unit installed and working with no issues within the timeframe communicated. If you need a water softener, I urge you to call AOK. "I would highly recommend LCRG Enterprises. Izryal has been absolutely tremendous in helping me with both of my properties in central Florida. One property had discolored water, and after a chlorination system was installed, it became instantly better. Izryal still comes by personally each month for service to the system. "I highly recommend Chris Halligan. Had a toliet fill valve problem. Chris called and said let me save you money and talk you through the issue. For at least 30 minutes he talked us patiently until we finally found the problem. He knew immediately but it took a while for us to follow him. Cost was zero. If you need plumbing repair you will not do better than Chris Halligan. Not too many people as honest and knowledgeable. Don’t even hesitate if you need plumbing repair. "
