"Stan K was awesome!! He was friendly, competent and efficient. Came in using all protective procedures that are now our norm right from the get. I had 2 ceiling fans replaced and the electric for the garbage disposal fixed (it was hard wired directly to a wall light flip switch that was laying on the floor at the bottom of the sink.) Super dangerous if the sink ever had a leak. I needed a medallion for the one ceiling fan or it would have looked awful he was so helpful and went on amazon showed me what I needed and I bought it. He made a note on my chart to the company that he needed to come back and finish the job and how long it would take so they scheduled me right away when it came in. Nothing but positives for this company and I will use them again and again and tell all my friends and family about them. The price was absolutely reasonable and they are amazing at answering any questions you have. Someone always answers the phone and the text the picture and the name of the person you can expect that is coming to your home is a plus and he showed up in a Company van. This was work was for my elderly dads house so it was important for all the identifying markers. Thanks Stan K"

"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

They respond very nicely and they seem very comfortable about it. The prices seem high. They are probably very competitive. I don't know I use them. I'm satisfied with the work and I don't mind paying the price. When I see them soldering plumbing I have an idea of what that should look like when it is done. You can put a picture frame around their plumbing. It's so great. They do a nice job. They are not sloppy with dripping solder around or clumps of solder on it. The responsiveness has always been good. They are responsive, but they try to work with me in the time frame. Depending on my schedule, and their schedule they try to accommodate my time frames. The punctuality when they are early they are on time and when they are on time they are late. They always come about 5- 10 minutes early so they're always on time. They are very professional. When I call up the office to the people who get here. They always call the day before and then they call like an hour before to tell me they're on their way. They are good about that. Everyone I've spoken to seems to be knowledgeable in their field. Everyone seems to have good experience and if they get a challenge they seem to know who to call to get answers. It flows very smoothly. It is a good company."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Because of the expected large investment that I needed to make to replace both units, I went out for competitive bid with two other firms, both of which were reputable but larger, corporate-based firms here in southeastern Pennsylvania. (They advertise everywhere.) One of these firms was the incumbent with whom I had done business with for 23 years on both units with an annual maintenance agreement.
