"We used Gen3 in the past for a small job and were pleased, so we decided to use them to replace our old knob and tube wiring. Our technicians were nice and friendly. But there were a lot of problems. They did not sufficiently clean up after the work they did each day. We had to clean up ourselves, and our home was full of dust and debris. The workers scratched our floor, dented some kitchen cabinets, took a chunk out of a wall, and did a sloppy job patching up the holes they made during the job. They missed one of our outlets, so we'll have to rewire that one ourselves. They damaged our outside flood lights, and we had to replace them. They did not label the circuits on the new sub-panel they installed. And, I'm sorry to write this, but they used our bathrooms every day for more than just urination. I felt like our home was abused."

"The technician was on time and polite, and careful about our home. He determined that the freon was gone in our system and tried to give it a freon boost. It was unsuccessful and he said that indicated a leak somewhere in the line between the basement and the outdoor unit. He suggested a new unit since our unit is 7 years old and was a base model. We discussed units and he suggested that he would get in touch with Mr. Dibiase who would be better able to give us the information we required. Mr. Dibiase called us and gave me some figures over the phone, but I wanted to have him come out in person and could not schedule it for several weeks because of my own commitments. He was very polite and helpful on the phone. Several days later, my husband recalled that he had added our heat pump to a Sears Service Agreement that allowed us to add existing appliances less than ten years old to our service contract for the Kenmore applicances we already had. We called Sears and they came out and were successful at adding freon. They suggested we call again at the beginning of the AC season to have them evaluate the system. This does not mean we won't use DiBiase, but we were surprised that Sears was able to add freon and the Dibiase tech was not. Perhaps we just didn't understand fully, but we will give the Sears service contract another try before replacing the entire unit. <br />"

"They are excellent. I will always use them. I'm very satisfied with their work. They are clean; they are neat, and they're professional. They make me part of the solution too. I'm an engineer and I like to know what is going on. They don't mind me asking them questions. At least they don't seem to when I ask them what they're doing and why they are doing it. They respond very nicely and they seem very comfortable about it. The prices seem high. They are probably very competitive. I don't know I use them. I'm satisfied with the work and I don't mind paying the price. When I see them soldering plumbing I have an idea of what that should look like when it is done. You can put a picture frame around their plumbing. It's so great. They do a nice job. They are not sloppy with dripping solder around or clumps of solder on it. The responsiveness has always been good. They are responsive, but they try to work with me in the time frame. Depending on my schedule, and their schedule they try to accommodate my time frames. The punctuality when they are early they are on time and when they are on time they are late. They always come about 5- 10 minutes early so they're always on time. They are very professional. When I call up the office to the people who get here. They always call the day before and then they call like an hour before to tell me they're on their way. They are good about that. Everyone I've spoken to seems to be knowledgeable in their field. Everyone seems to have good experience and if they get a challenge they seem to know who to call to get answers. It flows very smoothly. It is a good company."

"<p>There was a leak in the bathroom wall that could not be traced to its source.  I had a mason look at the chimney which is located adjacent to the leak and he found nothing.  I had a roofing company replace the flashing but the leak continued.  At this point I was desperate and as a last-ditch effort called Chadds Ford Chimney.  The phone was answered by the owner!  He spent much time with me talking about the potential problems.  He was able to send his best technician in a few days.  They were on time, and very easy to work with.  They went on the roof and looked everywhere but could not find any problems.  They came back down, and went back with a flashlight.  They looked in the septic vent, which is very close to the chimney (something no other company did) and found a fracture in the pipe.  They indicated that rain water was entering into the pipe and migrating to the bathroom wall.  They got in their truck and drove to the hardware store and returned within an hour with an elbow PVC pipe and temporarily placed it over the vent.  They said wait for the next two big rains and see what happens.  The next two big rains came and there was only a very, very small leak which we attributed to the fact that wind was blowing rainwater into the pipe.  They came back with another elbow that would prevent wind from blowing water into the pipe and permanently sealed the elbow in place.  The wall has been dry ever since.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>No other company found this problem, but Chadds Ford stayed with it until they found the problem and fixed it..  They are truly wonderful to work with!  The owner is fabulous and willing to work with you at every level.  I can't say how highly I regard this company and how glad I am that I stayed with it and tried to find one more company who could help.  </p> <br />"

"I have nothing but praises to sing for this company! Our heat stopped working on us last week right before the temp was expected to drop significantly. I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! He immediately detected the issue which was the flame sensor, fixed it and viola...we had heat again in no time! We are planning on doing further work with this company as we need to have an additional return grille installed. If you need fast and reliable heating or AC this company (and Rob) is who you should go with...you will not be disappointed!!!"
