"We used Gen3 in the past for a small job and were pleased, so we decided to use them to replace our old knob and tube wiring. Our technicians were nice and friendly. But there were a lot of problems. They did not sufficiently clean up after the work they did each day. We had to clean up ourselves, and our home was full of dust and debris. The workers scratched our floor, dented some kitchen cabinets, took a chunk out of a wall, and did a sloppy job patching up the holes they made during the job. They missed one of our outlets, so we'll have to rewire that one ourselves. They damaged our outside flood lights, and we had to replace them. They did not label the circuits on the new sub-panel they installed. And, I'm sorry to write this, but they used our bathrooms every day for more than just urination. I felt like our home was abused."

"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"
