"I was very happy with the service.  Was given a time frame of 10am-12pm and he showed right at 10am.  He went right to work and was very professional and friendly.  He even answered a few unrelated questions.  When he said he needed a part he performed a temporary repair to get the fan working and went outside to check the A/C unit and did a quick cleaning.  He cleaned everything up when done.  When the part came in was able to schedule an appointment and the technician returned and took care of everything as promised.  I cannot comment on the price because I did not compare, but it seemed reasonable.  Overall I felt I got my moneys worth."

The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. "My A/C broke and Gorjanc Comfort Services was able to come out same day and fix the problem. The Technician, David, was there within 3hrs of me calling. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what happened. He also checked to make sure the parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty and provided me with the price to fix it before he started. Very reasonably priced & did not cost extra to have someone come out same day. Would highly recommend!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. The technician Nick, was on time and very polite and professional.  He asked me if I had any problems with my furnace.  I told him about a problem with the humidifier.  He told me of a simple fix for the problem. I was very grateful. He did not try and sell me something I really did not need. I appreciate his honesty. 


Nick checked my central air unit and told me everything was fine.
