"Tammy in the office communicated with me during the week, which I really appreciated. I set an appointment for 2 pm, and she called to let me know they have a window of 2 hours. However, the tech was there when I arrived at 2:05 pm. He quickly got to work, even had to leave to get a part, but returned promptly. Repaired the water line under the sink and replaced my tub fixtures. He explained exactly what he was doing, and also what I would need to do in the future. And I had a written estimate before he began any work. They aren't cheap, but for such great (and super-prompt) service, I'm willing to pay for it. Especially on a Friday afternoon!"

"Lee plumbing is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They repaired my drain and gave me options to repair or replace, price points and longevity of services were great! I hope to never have issues again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to call Lee plumbing. They are currently working at my daughters house doing a total upgrade of all fixtures, very satisfied"

"Responded to service request early in the day and promptly scheduled a later same day visit. Promptly diagnosed the problem and discussed repair plan and cost. Arrived with necessary parts and tools and started and completed the job. Professional and personable experience."

"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"Chris and his team are flat out amazing! I will never call another plumber as long as I live in Atlanta! Talk about honestly...He has it and always wants to do right by the customer. While another big commercial firm in the area wanted to charge me thousands to fix a gas line Chris and Crossroads determined a new gas line wasn’t needed only a repair of the existing line off the meter for $375. Trust me call them 1st!"

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"After talking to many companies about a problem we had that we weren't even sure what was going on, I feel fortunate to have found them. Floors Sag or Shake knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it on my description alone. Their work was excellent and quick and they worked within our specifications (for budget reasons we needed to do the finishing work ourselves and they handled the demolition and structural repairs we needed handily).

"Lee Plumbing explained what the problem was with my water pressure. They replaced the pressure regulator in a timely manner. They replaced my garbage disposal which wasn't working. Both jobs were less expensive than other plumbers that I called. I would not hesitate to call Lee again if needed!!!!"

"Bisco Plumbing did a thorough and professional job. We were extremely appreciative of their sense of urgency and competive pricing. Bisco Plumbing will be at the top of the list for our future plumbing needs."
