After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. "I am very pleased with the quality of work Matthew, Shawn and their staff did with the Main Sewer check valve replacement and the Main Shutoff Valve replacement. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. Matthew authorized the added job without additional charge to the original quote I was given. Matthew and Shawn has great knowledge and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. "We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."

Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."
