"Great customer service, fast response got my air conditioning working fast. I will recommend to any looking for air conditioning service or repairs"

"Paul came to my home on the hottest days of the year even though he was extremely busy! Even though it was so late for him after a long day of service calls, he made the time to come by and fixed us from the miserable heat! Despite that, Paul was so professional and kind! He definitely goes above and beyond beyond!"

"I am very pleased with the quality of work Matthew, Shawn and their staff did with the Main Sewer check valve replacement and the Main Shutoff Valve replacement. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. Matthew authorized the added job without additional charge to the original quote I was given. Matthew and Shawn has great knowledge and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They gave me a fair price, they were very professional, thorough and polite, from beginning to end. Clear explanation of needed repairs, sound advice without any inkling of price gouging or questionable add-on expenses whatsoever. Respectable and conscientious, could not be happier. Even very neat and clean. The people that worked with Matthew and Shawn were also very professional and very thorough. I will recommend them to my friends who need a plumber and call them again when the time comes I need a plumber. I will rate the work they did with A+ and Excellent!!!"

"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."

"Excellent response time and service; unit was repaired within 24 hours of calling."

"The repairman was on time and got to work immediately. He knew what he was doing and in a fairly short time he had my swamp cooler working like new. Very professional. I recommend Tropical Heating and Repair to anyone with air condition or swamp cooler problems."

"Excellent diagnosis and prompt service and repair from Southland Heating & Air’s technician Albert Mendoza. Albert successfully resuscitated our LG mini-split inverter by identifying the problem with the unit which called for replacing worn-out sensors. Thanks Southland & Albert!"

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."
