New P-traps throughout, power washed all my decks and fixed two leaks on the second floor and repaired the ceiling. The most beautiful work was installing a new bathtub and tile surround. Able is an artist! Leo is so fair and honest and his team just works hard every minute they were at my house. Came when they said they would. Gave me updates. Did additional work that I asked them for. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. "

"I feel very lucky to have had my flooding hot water heater replaced within hours of calling Ken. What a great guy. I sure was happy to get it all fixed the same day and not even have an interruption in my hot water service. Ken was also very good about explaining things I needed to know...Will always call him and recommend to friends who need a plumber....I have no idea what these services normally cost, so I feel very unable to rate the value for money. It never ceases to amaze me that men who fix houses and stuff earn so much more than a nurse who keeps you alive, or a teacher who you entrust your child's learning to....but that's a society wide problem, not Ken's...he has all his equipment, licenses, etc so I don't begrudge him his charges...I just wish others could be as valued!"

"In and out plumbing is great!  Easy to make an appointment... called at 9pm and scheduled service for the following day.  Plumber Mike was on-time and polite.  After showing him our leaky shower faucet, he provided two quotes- one to replace parts, the second to upgrade the plumbing to today's standards (1955 house).  After a few minutes we opted for the former.  Unfortunately there was a bolt that seemed to be glued in and so the handle stems had to be cutt off (also explains why my husband couldn't unsrew it the evening before).  The replacement were of an old design therefore Mike warned us that it may be difficult to find at a store.  He spend 45 minutes looking for it that day and upon not finding it at open stores, returned at 9am sharp the following morning to pick up the broken part (which he had replaced the night before so that the water could be turned back on for us) and spent about 60 minutes away while at another store.  Luckily he was able to find the part and had the faucet fixed by 11am.  During the entire work Mike was kind, communicative and obviously working hard to successfully complete the job. <br /> <br /> Additionally, another plumber, Steve from In and Out Plumbing provided service just a few days prior for another problem... a corroded pipe with a hole was leaking water from our kitchen drain.  Steve was also very polite, communicative about our options for the repair, and was able to replace 2 feet of piping in about 30 minutes.  <br /> <br /> In and Out Plumbing has been great on two occasions!  We will definitely use them again if we have any more plumbing issues."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"We needed our Garbage Disposal replaced. We bought one, but realized we needed help to get it installed. Mike Counsil to the rescue. This is the 3rd time we have had work done by them. Last year they redid the pipes in our house, so it was a no brainer to call them for help with disposal installation! They communicate during the entire thing. Called and showed up when they said they would. This time we had Besmir and Jordy doing the work. Very friendly, explained what they needed to do, made suggestions along the way.
