"Fantastic experience - I left a message for Fernando and he promptly called back and we set the appointment.  On the day of service, he called to let me know exactly when he'd be arriving.  Fernando got to work immediately, fixed the problem, made sure that my floors were protected the whole time.  I'll absolutely call him the next time we have a problem with a large appliance.  Friendly, professional, and knowledgable.  "

"Please read the entire review if considering this company. The person who did the work was professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. The pricing of the repair was completely unreasonable, and warrants low scores in the overall, price, quality, and professionalism categories. 
I paid $59 for a service call deal, which is an fair price. The $59 was also included in the overall repair, which I also thought very nice. The downside, a $59 service call for this company covers the cost of the electrician driving to your home and nothing more. After arriving, and confirming the light did not work, he told me a level 1 electrical diagnostic service would cost ~$375. This sounded reasonable, since I expected the electrician to have to work to figure out the problem, and use expertise to fix the light. Not so much. He opened the light switch, found a small wire was detached, re-attached the wire, and the light was fixed. Re-connecting a small wire cost me $375. To the electrician's personal credit, he made an effort to check some extra electrical sockets to make sure they were working. Perhaps he wanted to seem like more work was required than simply reconnecting the wire.
I wish I had better things to say, but this charge was completely unfair for the work to be done. I contacted the owner, discussed the issue, and he stood by the charge. I mentioned that he would lose a potential long term customer, and receive and accurate and negative review on Angie's List, and he said that was fine with him. Not a great way to run a business in my opinion. Had they given me a reasonable price for an easy fix, I would use the company over and over and recommend them to others, because the electrician was knowledgeable, nice, and easy to work with. 
Lesson learned. If you want a company that charges $375 to fix even the smallest electrical problem, give On Time Electric a Call. I do look forward to see if the company replies to this post. He will only be able to support his defense of charging $375 in this situation, and you can judge on your own if you think the company is worth using or not.

"The plumber showed up on time, very punctual.  Service was fast and the quality is exceptional.  In order to sell my home, the relocation service required some modifications to the plumbing.  I was required to install a water heater expansion tank and two sediment traps on the gas lines to the two HVAC units in the attic.  Pricing was very fair, they charged for time and materials and did not overcharge(be sure to ask for time and materials cost and not a blanket quote, it will be on the high side to protect the company).  Honest, good quality professionals.  What more could you ask for?  I would use them again if I still lived in San Antonio for all my plumbing needs.  I'm not 100% certain on the price, I believe it was $525 for all the work performed.

"J Mechanical Air Conditioning Services LLC was definitely the best option. He worked with our schedules so well. They were very professional and they did an amazing job. We live in a home and needed our AC serviced. The pricing was definitely fair. They did an amazing job. The AC works better than before. They also checked in on us a few day's later free of charge.
