"Had Choates replace my ac unit, but not the furnace. Its caused nothing but headaches. They banged around the furnace and come winter it wouldn't run. A tech came out and the burner was out of place. Nobody checked the furnace after moving it around. The coldest days of winter came furnace not keeping up. Another tech comes out. They didn't bother check to make sure the new thermostat was compatible with the furnace. Now the ac unit isn't keeping up. tech recommends new blower or new furnace. I look into it myself and the dip switches have been set wrong and that is all that needed adjustment. How are you going to charge that much, but not provide a good service? Very disappointed and would not recommend."
