"Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.

"I had this problem about 4 months ago, my old windows used to let in a lot of cold during winter and heat in the summer, keeping them clean was always a hassle because of the worn out frames. The material had really reached the end of its life. After the team from Expert Home Builders finished replacing them with the new ones, the difference is amazing!!! The house feels so much more comfortable and daily maintenance is super easy. The windows also look really modern with wooden frames that feel solid and built to last. The installation team was very organized and efficient. I?m left with a really great impression of this company."

"Floors on first replaced all the floors in the house except the bathrooms.  I have a house on a slab with built in cabinets which did not allow building a sub-floor.  Bob worked with me to find the right flooring for our house. I have cats that occasionally mark their territory, so I required a floor that is easy to keep clean.  Bob found me a floor that is waterproof, but not tile.  The floor is a laminate "light wood floor" that looks perfect with both the cherry kitchen cabinets and the black walnut furniture in the rest of the house.
The installers were very skilled, professional and pleasant to have in the house for week of installation.  I love the new floor.  I feel like I have a new house. 
I am waiting for some couple finishing details, I will give an update when those are completed. To date Floors First has been very responsive though a bit delayed because they are a small popular local company.
I highly recommend Floors on First.

"Did a good job initially. Did not install small plugs that cover the screws holding the window to the frame. Failed to respond to come back and do it. Some cosmetic drawback to their good job. Weak customer services!"
