He did a temporary fix until he could come and do a repair. It seemed like the other companies which were major companies didn't understand that my water was gushing down my street. Its not like I could turn my water off. John came out and bypassed the meter. The price was reasonable I thought. I would use him again. I have referred him to many people. The first thing is that he was the only one who would come promptly. He came in 2 hours. He bypassed came back 2 days later. They had to dig up my lawn to replace the pipe and when they were done you could not even tell they had touch the lawn. You could not see where they had dug it up. They were on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. I couldn't say enough good things."

The plumber evaluated the work, discussed cost-performance tradeoffs for the leaking valves and sink drain accessories, purchased the parts, and installed them and connected the sink and faucet. The work was completed in about 2 hours (including the time taken to buy parts). The system so far has been problem-free. The plumber worked very efficiently and was always helpful and courteous. He also was happy to take a few minutes (at no charge) to explain to me how to take care of some minor plumbing connection and repair issues on my own, as well as to give rough estimates for some larger plumbing work I was considering. <br /> The charge was on a time-and-materials basis, at $85/hr for labor. "This company is awesome. We called them Friday Late morning and he gave me a price right on the phone. The price was very reasonable. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. He moved his entire schedule around and drove all the way to Terra Bella to make sure the job was done that day. He did not even add an emergency service fee or a fuel fee. He was so good we had him install our new toilet for a nominal additional charge and we could not be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention quick.
